2007 has been a challenging year for international shipping industry; and it is over. Then the 4th Star Service Award of shipping and port in China starts now. "Service-The life force of enterprise"; it has become an industrial law for world shipping. It has received lots of attention and recognition from shipping industry. However sometimes it will still be left behind by some enterprises, which only look for maximizing their profits. Consequently there are lots of problems falling in the services; and they become the block of fast development of port and shipping industries, and also the critical point for connection among industrial supply chain, development of domestic industry and the achievement of globalization. Service is attitude, product, strength and responsibility. Customers’ evaluation is the only reasonable criteria of the service quality of enterprise. Under the same standard, open comment, fair decision, Shippingchina.com organizes Star Service Award of shipping and port in China annually. The event has been highly appreciated and received active participations from shipping and trading enterprises. It stimulates the changing process from “Service-The life force of enterprise” to “Service-The productivity of enterprise”.

Rules of award system for participant
1、Participant Award: Each effective voter can get two exquisite desk calendars designed by Shippingchina.com (Repeat is ineffective.)
2、Comment Award on Shipping and Port: Each effective participation of shipping and port comment can get two exquisite desk calendars designed by Shippingchina.com. (It will only become available when the comment has been released after committee’s review.)
3、The event committee will decide three best comments with award; Prize is a gift worth RMB 300.
4、Online Lucky Draw: All effective voters, and effective participation in shipping and port comments can join online lucky draw.

· After the event finishes, all award or prizes receivers please actively contact event committee Shippingchina.com within 20 days. If effective communication cannot be established during that time, then the award or prize will be viewed as being automatically given up.
· If participant’s information is not true or only partly true, then the organizing committee will reserve the right to abolish the participant’s right.
· Award switching or exchanging for money is not available. If winner has any doubts about the award or prize, please feel free to contact the committee
